I've looked really close at these patterns, and the emersons are desert marpat. The triggers are AOR1.

well they definitely fixed the stretch panel color to be darker like real ones, unless thats what you meant xD and yea seems like a slight difference in the torso shirt material. really hard for me to tell if they actually tweaked the pattern itself, but either way it looks really good overall

I like the older version more. Those are great because they look like reals ones. But the older ones stay close to the Gen1 Crye combat cut. That an I like external elbow pads. Those I may get sooner or latter but for now. I have to work on the Masher kit and training.

The newer ones are definitely closer to the real AOR1s than the older gen... The pattern has supposedly been touched up, but the obvious points are the darker stretch material and the better color shirt.. Granted the first gen are fairly nice, the newer ones are definitely closer to looking like the real ones.

yea what snake was sayin is that the newer ones are closer to the real ones
but yea snake, BOTH are actually the same Army Custom/Navy Custom (gen2) crye combat cut, they both have the external elbow pad slots

wait.. i stand corrected.. these new ones Do NOT have the external elbow pad slots, I just went back and looked at the pics... and I also noticed that same thing on my aor2 repros. well all the same, it just means that this new version is still closer to the real deal than the previous version

leave it to the fellas at devt6 to put up some great comparison pics, original allwin/trigger aor1 vs the new navy custom set:

Josh I believe those are the new gen triggers. Note the kneepads and lack of pads on the elbows. Unless that's what actually meant, in that case ignore my rant.

haha yeah, the set on the left is the older ones, and the set on the right is the new navy custom style ones, as you can see the fixed colors in the torso of the shirt and the knee stretch panels, as well as lack of external elbow pad hole
just a note, even though the navy custom sets lack external elbow pad holes, i believe they can take internal elbow pads.
