I didn't really like any of em till I saw that folding rifle rack style. Those would be cool to have but in today's age pelicans are the way to go

pelican or storm cases are awesome but whats wrong with them can be summed up by one word: expensive. those cases look cool to me and are way less pricey considering that a pelican storm case for one rifle is about 250 bucks. Also you can get foam and a hot knife at hobby lobby or somewhere like that for cheap and make your own custom foam inserts.

The case I got for my realsteel M4 is 36" x 12" and has the foam insert that you pluck to shape, 5 clasps with 2 locking ones for $40. Called Plano gun case. Like a repro pelican.

I was thinking more of a folding rack in a pelican style case. With the ability to store rifles in the case as well.

Another bad thing about pelican cases are the weight lol my pelican weighs a fucking ton even without the gun in it.

Pretty neat, but pricey. I use a gorilla tuff box. It's got room for all my gear plus weapon.

Can't say I've ever run into problems with softcases for my airsoft guns. Pelicans are awesome but a little overkill, especially if you are carpooling with a bunch of other guys.
