HELLO FELLOW KAGGOTS!!!
This is your resident cheap as a jew with one penny to rub GEARDO. Now How is it I can be able to have the Gucci kit I do while still being a cheap mutha? Thats the question of the AGES there.
While I am blessed with a decent paying and consistent job and little (relatively) bills I still am a cheap skate when it comes to my gear. Again you may ask "But Kan how can you be able to find all this highspeed uber kit for so cheap?!" Well my friends here is the answer.
I spend a decent amount of time browsing the web and searching, doing so Ive been able to fund my kit for well below 50% its worth on the geardo market. Now I know alot of us CANT spend all their time online looking for savings. Which is why I will from now on be spreading my finds to my teammates!
Sure replica gear is all well and good, but why not get the same stuff but legit issue kit for roughly the SAME PRICE? On one hand it holds value alot better than repro gear and of course as a impression team it's always nice to have a bit of gucci when we throw up our kitlists.
Now reading this how can you NOT click the links I'll be providing you with the in the coming days and weeks?. I'll also post tips and tricks as well to help you on your way to a cheapskate high gucci gear warrior.
(disclaimer) I am not endorsing any one or any business by posting these links, but simply sharing the finds I would jump on to y'all. Also no offense meant by the jew stereotype joke above. If anyone has an issue with it let me know and I'll drop it.

SO! First off I have a ebay seller page with some decent prices for both common and difficult to find FSBE II kit. While some of his prices aren't as IDEAL as "I" would like in comparison with some of my earlier finds they are reasonable for most of the items considering the market price for them. The Items are almost all buy it now (BIN) or Best Offer (OBO). This is nice as it allows someone to purchase items for a set or lower price without worrying about being over bit. As well as giving you a goal to get your funds up to. He says he'd be willing to work on bulk purchases to so I'd suggest giving him a shot. (This guy is also probably one of the reasons my Sell threads aren't going so well to as I'm selling my extra stuff at 'market' price so Im by no means endorsing this guy LOL Just trying to help yall out) To our South Seal buddies the guy also has some MJK SFLCS for decent to GOOD prices, so you guys take a look to. I'd also suggest grabbing an IR flag from this guy to, reasonble price and looks to be a good sized stock. shop.ebay.com/tacticaltraders/m.html?_trksid=p4340.l2562UNTIL NEXT TIME FELLOW GEARDOS! I dont have a link like last post this time , but I do have valuable tips for you guys. It shouldn't be any kind of secret that I, Aeros and some others in our community have used the site known as Bookoo to get out gear at surprisingly low prices. Now bookoo, for our purposes, is a site much like criagslist, with a few sites dedicated to areas at or around military bases, specifically Camp Lejeune and Pendleton for me and the northerners. On here people getting out of the military "EAS" tend to sell some of their extra stuff, as well as those who are needing money be it extra or not. Now at times when certain items beginning showing up you can sometimes make educated guesses at what will be showing up in the future. An example is that a few months ago MICH's with the hard to find helmet cover began showing up in droves. At first I had noticed about 3 posted in a very short time frame, and seeing that I was able to figure more were coming (How I was able to figured this out could be considered dangerous and I'm NOT blatantly saying it on an 'open' forum, you can message me if you wanna know). Be careful using this site though, as some service members have sold items that legally still belonged to thier respective branches and they will end up having to pay out of pocket for the item they sold later. If you see anything about having "Cleared CIF" you should be good. If you have any questions please dont hesitate to ask. WWW.BOOKOO.COMUNTIL NEXT TIME FELLOW GEARDOS! A random tip for y'all now that can help when talking to serviceman and women if your using Bookoo. I know some of us are what is know as a geardo, and know the anagrams and such for various issue gear. However most serviceman are not intimately aware of the proper designation for their issue kit. An example, the MITBR pouch to us would just be a radio pouch to them. We, as in servicemen, tend to blend the anagrams we do know into our own phrases and words. Example is the FSBE kit that Force recon and such uses, most of them know of it as 'fisbe' a simple sounded out version of the proper term.
Also try and keep things simple, while I'm not intending to insult my brother's and sister's intelligence, it is best to do so, as for one you will not inadvertently alert said seller to the actual value of the item to collectors/airsofters. Two in conjunction to one, most sellers just want to sell the item and make the money as fast as they can, for whatever reason they are selling the item in the first place. Keeping things simple in that respect adds a layer of professionalism, showing the seller your focused on finishing the transaction. If not asked about why your trying to buy an item, don't, as the seller for one doubtingly cares, and two it could cause the seller to not want to bother selling and shipping it to you . However if asked do be honest, as honesty is always the best policy.
