So I've been thinking.. theres a decent bit of 50/50 nyco AOR1 fabric on ebay right now, plus the discovery of propper's new TWEAVE pants (which is what the stretch panels are made of) I could probably make some custom aor1 sets for around 100 bucks or less for the set, if i make em myself. if i take em to a tailor that costs probably goes up a good bit. but ive got half of november off and all of december off.. so i could spend some time practicing with my mom's sewing machine, and potentially make a run of custom AOR1 sets. my question, to you guys, the team and close team friends, would be, how many of you would be willing to buy one? I would sell them to yall for a little over what the material costs (as i will have put in a good investment in time for this). and I could turn around and make pretty decent profit if i sell the rest of the run to the geardo community. So I want you guys to have first picks, even though i wouldnt be making hardly any profit UPDATE: This thread will now be for any custom uniforms I undertake. and regarding costs, I will attempt to make uniforms for members at material cost

Yea I'm thinking a master tailor would better lol. Asian's aren't known for their clothing making skills otherwise we could just get some repros lol.

dozer do you think before you speak? i do believe over 80% of this world's clothing is made by asians.. ever see that little 'made in china' tag? LLOL
besides that, the 'best' aor1 replicas that were on the market, were those KOREAN ones.. lol
im gonna sit down and look at the costs involved with doing this after rotation and see if its worth the investment in money and time

I know I thought about that before I typed but all those sweat shop clothes are shitty lol so I buy american. I know the repros are asian made that why I said we might as well buy them since urs will come out the same probably even worse since u don't know how to sew but hey I'm all for gettin em if u actually make them worth a shit lol.

moved your posts here, and changing the original title and purpose to any custom uniforms and roger did some calculating and a set, crye style combat pants and shirt, will probably come out around at least $75, this number can and probably will change as I determine the costs to make a set, if you just want pants, that will be cheaper, likewise if you just want a shirt, but I havent figured out the costs yet also the build time on these things will vary due to work and free time, so if you guys want a set just be weary it may take me a week or two to get one done

Are you doing the combat shirts too? If you are ill take a small, and ill pay you cash. Don'Qt matter how long it takes to make as long as I get it before OKI
